Our July 16th gathering builds on the insights from our inaugural session, where we explored legacy and the “heart work” of leadership. This month, we lean into change — not just as a challenge, but as a call to evolve.
What do we hold onto? What do we release? What becomes possible when we pivot with intention?
This session is designed to be spacious, heartfelt and strategic. There’s no pressure to have the answers — only to show up with presence and curiosity.
As always, the tone is informal, the format is conversational, and the space is yours to engage at your pace. Bring your dinner or your tea, and let’s reflect together.

- We’ll settle in as our host, Monique Brizz-Walker, welcomes us back to the Table.
- Monique will revisit our purpose, introduce this month’s theme, and share a powerful reflection on what legacy looks like in motion — including how a blank page can hold just as much truth as a written one.
7:40–7:50 PM – Opening Reflections
- We’ll open with quick introductions and a moment to set our intentions.
- Share your name, current focus, and (if comfortable) one shift you hope to see — personally or professionally — in the next 90 days.
This check-in reminds us that leadership is not static — and neither are we.
7:50–8:10 PM – Guided Dinner Dialogue
How do your values shape what you hold onto — and what you’re willing to pivot away from?
This time is for gentle, honest reflection. You’re invited to speak, listen, or write quietly as we explore the values guiding our leadership in uncertain times.
8:10–8:15 PM – A Spark from Melody Hobson
We’ll listen to a short excerpt from Mellody Hobson on leadership and clarity — a reminder that strategy is not the opposite of hope, but a companion to it.

We’ll expand the conversation with a few guiding questions:
